3. Returns & Refunds Policy

3.1 Returns

• Coffee products: no change-of-mind returns (freshly roasted to order).

• Mistakes: We will replace any incorrect coffee orders – email hello@brazilcupco.com.au with your order number.

• Other merchandise: return within 30 days, unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Return shipping: customer’s responsibility.

3.2 Refunds

• Once received and inspected, we notify approval/rejection by email.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

3.3 Exchanges

• Only for defective or damaged items.

3.4 Shipping Returns
